Políticas De Cambios y Devoluciones

En Fullsand, NO SE ACEPTAN CAMBIOS NI DEVOLUCIONES EN ARTÍCULOS REBAJADOS.
NO CHANGES OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.

Aceptamos cambios dentro de los 90 DÍAS POSTERIORES A TU COMPRA.  
You have 90 DAYS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE for exchanges.
CAMBIOS
  • Solo puedes realizar cambios por paqueteria por medio de la Tienda Online. 
You can only make changes via mail.
  • Aceptamos cambios de talla o de modelos.  Siempre y cuando tus productos no sean artículos rebajados.
We accept size or model changes. As long as your products are not sale items.
  • Toma en cuenta que la diferencia en precio si haces un cambio de modelo con un precio distinto se deberá asumir por el cliente; en caso de ser menor NO HAY REEMBOLSOS. Se toma en cuenta el saldo pagado por el artículo, EXCLUYENDO EL COSTO DEL ENVÍO. 
  • NO NOS HACEMOS RESPONSABLES DEL COSTO DE LA GUÍA DE PAQUETES PARA CAMBIOS, por lo tanto, es responsabilidad del cliente cubrir el costo de envío para la devolución del producto a nuestro centro de distribución. 

If you make an exchange for an item with a different price, the difference must be assumed by the customer; There are NO REFUNDS only  IN STORE CREDIT. Only the amount paid for the item is taken into account, WE EXCLUDE THE SHIPPING COST.

We are NOT responsible for the shipping cost for exchanges or returns, therefore it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost for the returning items to our warehouse. 

Pasos a seguir para hacer válido un cambio:

  • Tu prenda debe estar nueva (sin usar) y con etiquetas. Si quitaste las etiquetas de cartón y aún las tienes por favor envíalas en la caja de tu paquete.
Your garment must be new (unused) and with tags.
  • Nos puedes contactar por correo solicitando tu cambio a tiendaonline@fullsand.com o contáctanos por  whatsapp al +52 5536726098. Envía el número de tu TICKET IMPRESO que se envió en tu paquete o reenvía el correo de confirmación de tu pedido donde viene tu NÚMERO DE TICKET.

DEVOLUCIONES
  • En Fullsand NO REALIZAMOS REEMBOLSO EN EFECTIVO, TARJETA DE CRÉDITO, TARJETA DE DÉBITO U OTRO MEDIO DE PAGO. 
WE DO NOT MAKE CASH REFUND, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR OTHER MEANS OF PAYMENT.
  • Te regresamos SALDO A FAVOR EN TIENDA por la cantidad que pagaste por el artículo para ser utilizado en nuestras sucursales. EXCLUYENDO EL COSTO DEL ENVÍO.

We will reimburse IN STORE CREDIT for the amount you paid for the item to be used in our stores. EXCLUDING THE COST OF SHIPPING.
