You have 90 days from delivery of your order to request an exchange or return.

The returned product must be NEW: never worn, never washed, with its tag.

Changes or returns are not accepted on discounted items.

* To request your change you must have your purchase receipt at hand.

*We do not make refunds in cash, credit card, debit card or other means of payment.

  • Your ticket number.
  • Reason for your change.
  • The products to change.

Fullsand Equs reserves the right to refuse any return if the condition of the product received is not in accordance. The product will be returned to the customer.

Take into account that the difference in price if you make a change of model with a different price must be assumed by the client; In case of being less, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. We will return BALANCE IN FAVOR IN STORE for the amount you paid for the item. The balance paid for the item is taken into account, EXCLUDING THE SHIPPING COST.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE PACKAGE GUIDE FOR EXCHANGES, therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of shipping for the return of the product to our distribution center.
