Returns & Exchanges *
You have 90 days from the delivery of your order to request an exchange or return.
The returned product must be NEW: never used, never washed, with its tag.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted on discounted items.
* To request an exchange, you must have your purchase receipt on hand.
*We do not issue refunds on cash, credit cards, debit cards, or other forms of payment.
PROCESS OF CHANGES
- Your ticket number.
- Reason for your change.
- The products to be changed.
Fullsand Equs reserves the right to reject any return if the product received is not in good condition. The product will be returned to the customer.
Please note that the difference in price if you exchange a model for a different price will be borne by the customer; if it is lower, there are no refunds. We will refund your in-store balance equal to the amount you paid for the item. The balance paid for the item is taken into account, excluding shipping costs.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE PACKAGE GUIDE FOR EXCHANGES, therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost for returning the product to our distribution center.
